 Contractor Services for a Medical Assistance Managed Behavioral Health Program Under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's HealthChoices Initiative for Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties
This RFP represents an initial procurement sponsored by the Counties of Carbon, Monroe, and
Pike, Pennsylvania (the Counties), by their Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MH/MR)
Program as part of the Counties' participation in the HealthChoices Program (the Program).
The Counties have elected to manage funding and client services through the soon-to-be established HealthChoices Department of the MH/MR Program.
Program initiation is scheduled for July 1, 2007.
