 Florida Senate Bill 1276 and House Bill 1761
Creates the Florida Health and Human
Services Access Act. Requires the Agency for Health Care
Administration to 11 establish the Comprehensive Health and Human
Services Eligibility Access System. Requires that the agency begin
12 with a pilot project and phase in implementation of the system.
Establishes the Health Care Access Steering 13 Committee to guide
implementation of the pilot project. Provides for the creation of
the Florida 211 Network to serve as a single point of coordination
for information and referral for health and human services.
