ShareEli Lilly and Company Behavioral Healthcare Leadership Award 2002 Award Application

The Leadership Award categories for 2002 have been designed to encourage participation from a broad spectrum of Behavioral Healthcare organizations while ensuring a "level playing field. "Innovations, improvements and interventions will be judged in proportion to an organization s scope, size, mission and population served. Please note that a Special Achievement Award has been added for 2002.This one-time special award category is "Leadership in a Time of Disaster."

The 2002 Leadership Award categories are:

  • Leadership in Clinical and Program Innovations
  • Leadership in Demonstrated Measures of Program Performance and Performance Improvement
  • Leadership in a Time of Disaster

Suggested areas for Award applications include innovations and performance measures that focus on the reintegration of persons with mental illness into their communities, small to large system design innovations, new partnerships in integrating data across and between systems of care, and new approaches to formulary management. Applications are in no way limited to these ideas and, in fact, applicants are encouraged to submit innovations,     interventions and improvements in all three categories listed above.
