 Nebraska DHHS RFP 2356Z1 for ASO for Behavioral Health/Children & Family
Services/Medicaid & Long-Term Care
On February 1, 2008, the State of Nebraska Purchasing Bureau issued a
request for proposal (RFP) seeking an Administrative Services
Organization (ASO) to automate, manage, maintain, and coordinate the
mental health and substance abuse treatment, gambling addictions and
child welfare and juvenile services for those individuals served by the
Behavioral Health, Children and Family Services, and Medicaid and
Long-Term Care Divisions of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human
Services (DHHS). The last day to submit a letter of intent to bid is
March 14, 2008. Proposals are due April 1, 2008. A contract resulting
from this RFP will be issued for a period of two years effective May 1,
2008 through June 30, 2010 with an annual option to renew for three
additional one-year periods. The successful bidder will have a separate
contract with each of the three DHHS divisions.
