On February 24, 2012, SCAN Health plan of San Diego County presented a response to California's Dual Eligible Demonstration for Request. SCAN
was formed 35 years ago and is currently the nation's forth largest non-for-profit Medicare Advantage plan serving 130,000 members. SCAN was
awarded a contract.
