San Mateo County Duals Plan

On February 22, 2012, Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) presented a response to California's Dual Eligible Demonstration for Request. HPSM is a County organized health system that has been serving vulnerable individuals in San Mateo County since 1987. HPSM currently serves 100,000 members through multiple coverage programs including Medi-Cal. HPSM was awarded a contract.
