Washington State Child Welfare Transformation RFP

On February 18, 2011, the Washington State Children’s Administration released a request for proposals (RFP) seeking community-based lead agencies to manage performance-based contracts to provide child and family services in the state’s six regions. The lead agencies will use a wraparound approach to deliver safety and child welfare services for children and families referred by the Children’s Administration. Contract announcements are expected in June 2011, and the contracts are expected to start by July 1, 2011.
