Nebraska Division of Behavioral Health Strategic Plan: 2011-2015
The document is the first statewide strategic plan developed by the Nebraska Division of Behavioral Health (DBH).
It describes the state's plans to create an accountable, outcomes-oriented
system that supports recovery. To support the system, DBH is planning to develop a dashboard to monitor behavioral health outcomes indicating effective prevention and
recovery. The system will be used to monitor progress over time as the public behavioral health system
implements systemic improvements.
