NYC Department of Education Billy's Law Report on Out-of-State Special Education Placements

The New York City Department of Education is required to list out-of-state schools approved for its students with disabilities. As of February 1, 2010, according to the district's Billy's Law report, a listing of all out-of-state schools approved to serve NYC students with disabilities, 21 schools in nearby states served 285 NYC students with disabilities.
