Solicitation of Information & Recommendations for Revising the Compliance
Program Guidance for Nursing Facilities
The federal Department of Health and Human Services Office of the
Inspector General (OIG) sought to revise the compliance program guidance
(CPG) for nursing facilities, especially those serving Medicare,
Medicaid, and other federal health care program beneficiaries. OIG is
soliciting comments, recommendations, and other suggestions from
concerned parties and organizations on how best to revise the nursing
facility CPG to address relevant compliance issues.
