Services Request for Application for FY 2010
This request for provider applications for state and
county funding for fiscal year 2010 features performance-based
requirements for quality of care and access to care within a capitated
contract arrangement. Providers within the Winston-Salem area of North
Carolina were eligible to respond. Awards were announced in March 2009.
The contracts start July 1, 2009.
