ShareOregon Senate Bill 991 to Exempt Providers of Certain Parental Respite Services From DHS Child Care Facility Regulations

This bill, sponsored by Oregon Senator Courtney, exempts providers of certain parental respite services from regulation by Oregon's Department of Human Services. It also makes providers of certain parental respite services mandatory child abuse reporters.
