Repeat Maltreatment
This brief outlines the expectations for Iowa child welfare caseworkers when working with children who have experienced repeated maltreatment. It reviews
characteristics of families in which there is repeated abuse or neglect, results of chronic neglect, protective factors that contribute to resilience, and recommended
