Evolution of the Creative ASP Solution: Meeting

October 2003, Creative Socio-Medics Corporation (CSM)
announced the first and only integrated information solution
designed specifically for Michigan county behavioral
health authorities. The Great River, New York company's
new product, Creative ASP of Michigan, was touted
by chief executive officer and co-founder Jerry Koop
as a brand new, web-based approach to technology integration
that had never before been offered in the country --
either by CSM or anyone else in the industry.
