Purposes of Procurement
To obtain the services of a
qualified firm to establish and provide an employee assistance
program for the University of Georgia workforce. The purpose of
the EAP is to provide a benefit for employees that helps them cope
effectively with personal problems while simultaneously acting as
a management tool which employers can use to reduce absenteeism
and turnover, improve morale, increase productivity, and help
control health care benefit costs.
