SharePennsylvania HB 2374

Introduced on February 14, 2002 HB 2374 expands the criteria regarding mentally ill patients considered dangerous to be committed involuntarily for treatment. The bill would broaden the definition of someone dangerous enough to need involuntary treatment to include anyone who would experience "serious physical or mental deterioration" within 30 days if psychotropic medication is not prescribed.
