 Indiana Ways & Means Committee FSSA Budget Overview
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) budget
includes a variety of changes, including plans to implement quality-based
reimbursements to nursing homes and institute a state-level pharmacy
purchasing program. The goal for these changes is to gain savings and
increase quality. If the state budget problems worsen, a provider rate
cut may also be implemented.
