California’s Dual Eligible Demonstration Request for Solutions
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in partnership with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMMS) plans to launch
a three-year demonstration (2013-2015) that aims to provide comprehensive health care services to people eligible for Medicaid and Medi-Cal, known
as dual eligibles. DHCS released a Request for Solutions (RFS) in order to identify applicants with resources to provide access to medical care, social
support and services to dual eligibles.
