ShareDOJ Motion for Immediate Relief Regarding Georgia Inpatient Psychiatric Services

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed this motion because the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities failed to meet benchmarks set in a settlement agreement. DOJ outlined the areas of non-compliance over the past 18 months since the agreement was signed.
