 Healthy Americans Act
The bill, if enacted into law, would establish state level Health
Help Agencies which would coordinate payments from employers,
individuals, and the government. The agencies will also provide
consumers with unbiased quality, cost, and service information about
available health plans. No individual could be denied coverage and a
minimum level of coverage would be required. Coverage would not be
linked to employment status.
