Monitoring Report of the Technical Assistance Committee in the case of Brian A. v. Bredesen
This report is one of a series of reports tracking the Tennessee Department of Children's Services progress at implementing the reforms of the Path to Excellence settlement in the case of Brian A. v. Bredesen.
Key findings: the state has made progress in fixing staffing problems to reduce the time lag of abuse investigations, family-setting placements have increased, sibling placements, and quality control implementation and reporting.
