Resolution concerning Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996 - Privacy Rule for the purpose of
urging the President, the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services, and the Maryland Congressional Delegation to take
appropriate measures to cease enforcement of the Privacy Rule
established under the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996.
