 Strategies for Strengthening Substance Use Prevention, Treatment & Recovery Systems: Provider Networks and Impact on the Workforce
The report was prepared by State Associations of Addiction Services and Abt Associates. It presents case studies of nine alcohol and other drug addiction provider
networks. The networks are diverse in size, scope, complexity, and service array. The case studies review the origins, current operations, strengths, and the
challenges facing each of the networks.
