Recommendations for the Governance of the District of Columbia Community
Services Agency
The recommendations were presented to the D.C. Council in September 2008.
The D.C. Department of Mental Health is developing a plan to transition
services provided by the D.C. Community Services Agency to private
agencies. The plan is expected to recommend transitioning the services by
mid-2009.
