Review of Arkansas DCFS Information Technology & Data Management Capabilities
The Arkansas Department of Human Services conducted a
comprehensive review of the Arkansas Child Welfare System. The
top-to-bottom review looked at the Division of Children and Family
Services (DCFS) policies, programs, systems, and organizational
structure. This report documents the review of information technology and
data management capabilities in DCFS, and was conducted from
September 8, 2008 to October 27, 2008.
