The Nation's Children 2010

The report The Nation's Children 2010 published by Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) reveals all types of fast facts and figures. The report contains snapshot for both America's children and America's most vulnerable children. The report also contains data on child abuse and neglect, permanent families for children, kinship support, child poverty and income support, child care and head start, substance abuse and child welfare, vulnerable youth, funding of child welfare services, and ways to prevent juvenile justice and delinquency. Health from the aspects of pregnancy and parenting, the newborn health and infant mortality, and child and youth are included in the report. The report's ultimate goal is to provide insight on the types of children that enter foster care and what types of people these children become after their foster care experience.
