This Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued by the
Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) Purchasing Office for the
benefit of the Division of Clinical Services. The CDOC Purchasing Office
is the sole point of contact concerning this RFP. Any prospective bidder
that is found to have contacted any other CDOC personnel with regard to
this RFP may be deemed to be ineligible for award.

January 28, 2008: 11:00 a.m. Pre-proposal
conference.

February 1, 2008: 1:00 p.m. Deadline for written
inquiries.

February 28, 2008: 3:00 p.m. Deadline for
submission of
proposals.

March 5, 2008: Approximate date for award
notice.

July 1, 2008: Projected contract date.
A pre-proposal conference for bidders will be
held on January 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Administrative Conference
Room at the CDOC Headquarters at 2862 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs,
CO 80906. Call (719) 579-9580 for directions. Attendance is encouraged,
but is not mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a proposal.
