Community Transition for Bellefontaine Habilitation Center
The Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking four organizations to
each serve 32 to 36 people in group homes on the Bellefontaine
Habilitation Center (BHC) campus. The goal is to transition each consumer
to a community-based placement by February 2010.
