 Path To Excellence Implementation Plan
This implementation plan outlines the background of the federal class action suit Brian A. v. Bredesen. It provides goals, plans, and specific objectives to reform the Department of Children's Services case management, handling, and reporting.
The plan was developed as an agreement between DCS and Children's Rights, a national child advocacy organization, as part of the Brian A. v. Bredesen settlement.
