Federal Education Programs for Children with Disabilities
Three nationally known experts make
their suggestions for retaining the best from the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act program and incorporating change to
deal with major problems in providing educational services to
disabled children. These three experts are Thomas Hehir, Lawerence
C. Gloeckler, and Margaret J. McLaughlin.
