County of El Paso, Texas Seeks Care Management Services for the Border Children's Mental Health Collaborative

The Border Children’s Mental Health Collaborative proposes to create a single, integrated system of care for all El Paso County youth with serious emotional disturbances. To achieve this goal, the Collaborative will pursue three broad strategies aimed at system integration, service integration and the development of a diverse, culturally competent community based provider network. West Virginia Announces Project Grants To Support People With Development Disabilities

The West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council, a State agency funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities, announces the availability of funds for project grants to support people with development disabilities in their communities. The Council will accept proposals for the Federal Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2004 that address targeted planning priorities in the areas of education, health, employment, housing, childcare, and quality assurance. Proposals are due 5/23/03.

Delaware Seeks Delaware Passport To Independence-Evaluation

The purpose of this RFP is to procure the following services: a) professional evaluation services for the DPI that will design an evaluation, develop tools for evaluation, administer the evaluation, and report the findings of the evaluation in order to address the following: demographics of participants, process of transition, satisfaction with transition, barriers to transition, response to barriers, quality of life after transition, and sustainability of the project.
