"Basic" membership is free. Members have access to OPEN MINDS web site and receive OPEN MINDS Circle e-mails, but are only able to view the articles and resources marked 'all members'. This membership provides access to about 5% of the 30,000+ articles and resources available on our web site.
"Premium" (paid) membership is the most common type of OPEN MINDS Circle membership. Members have complete access to OPEN MINDS web site, receive OPEN MINDS Circle e-mails, and are able to view all of the articles and resources marked 'all members' or 'premium members'. This membership provides access to 100% of the 30,000+ articles and resources available on our web site.
"RFP HotLine" membership is the highest level of membership available. These members receive all of the benefits of "Premium" membership, as well as a subscription to the "RFP HotLine" - our daily e-mail notification service that tracks all contract/grant opportunities in the health and human service field. With over 15,000 RFPs reported to subscribers in 2010, this membership has become extremely popular to business development teams around the country.
If you are not sure whether you have a "Basic", "Premium", or "RFP HotLine" membership, visit the Circle Member Account Page, and review your account. If you continually are denied access when logging in to view "Premium" articles, you most likely are a "Basic" member.

When your expiration date nears, OPEN MINDS will send you renewal e-mails. If phone information is available, renewal calls may also be made. If you choose not to renew, your membership account will be set back to the "Basic" status, which will give you limited access to our material.
Yes. The transfer request should come from the original subscriber. If the original subscriber is no longer employed within your organization, please contact the OPEN MINDS Customer Service Team..
With respect to the cancellation of a “Premium” or “RFP HotLine” subscription, the subscriber (or subscriber organization) will not receive a refund under any circumstance, however, the subscriber (or the organization of the subscriber) will continue to have access to the purchased services for the remainder of the current subscription.
