Unlocking Your Data: The Power To Transform Healthcare
Learn National Performance Benchmarks & How Data Analytics Can Improve Behavioral Health Provider Performance
March 13, 2013 at 2:00pm EDT — Free Registration Sponsored By Netsmart
Imagine taking your temperature without knowing that 98.6° was normal – a reading of 104° probably wouldn’t be alarming. Thankfully, a benchmark exists to let you know it’s time for a trip to the doctor. The same principle applies to the clinical and financial data tracked by behavioral health and human service organizations. The widespread use of electronic health records (EHRs) means that a large of amount of data is now available - but the challenge is using that information in a meaningful way.
That’s why tools like Benchmarking and Data Analytics are increasingly critical to the success of today’s providers. Benchmarking solutions allow you to compare your performance metrics to industry averages of providers like you, providing that vital context for understanding measured outcomes. Data Analytics tools take that data one step further, drilling down to find root causes and actionable suggestions for improvement.
To help your organization better navigate this environment, OPEN MINDS and Netsmart have developed a free web briefing specifically for behavioral health executives.
During this special 90-minute session, our industry experts will explore:
- The importance of benchmarking and data analytics for improving organizational performance
- Real-life benchmarks you can use to gauge your organizational performance against national averages of other behavioral health and human services organizations – specifically see where you rank on national no-show, turnover, and recovery rates
- Case study examples of how real-world provider organization executives have improved outcomes as a result of benchmarking and analytics
