OPEN MINDS Executive Education Institutes are designed for executive officers and leaders of behavioral health and social service organizations. These two-day institutes have been called a mini-MBA for the field, serving as a must-have resource for market intelligence, specific business skills, and select competencies needed to be an effective leader. Annually, we present four institutes addressing organizational performance and best management practices, strategic planning and industry innovations, effective leadership skills, and emerging technologies.
