Executive Institutes & Conferences
OPEN MINDS Executive Education Institutes are designed for executive officers and leaders of behavioral health and social service organizations. These two-day institutes have been called a mini-MBA for the field, serving as a must-have resource for market intelligence, specific business skills, and select competencies needed to be an effective leader. Annually, we present five institutes, addressing best management practices, strategic planning, effective leadership, emerging technologies, and marketing and innovation.
OPEN MINDS Institutes are intensive educational experiences that offer in-depth information on industry trends, as well as the training required for behavioral health, MR/DD, and children’s services executives to successfully manage their organizations. OPEN MINDS executive institutes:
- Are the management training programs preferred by successful executives in the behavioral health and human service field
- Use case studies and interactive sessions to show your team how management principles have been applied successfully in other organizations and assure your team leaves with new skills and information that cab be readily implemented
- Include nationally recognized experts, policy-makers, and industry executives as faculty who provide a look into the future of the behavioral health and social service field

"Dream Team" Executive Registration Packages
OPEN MINDS "Dream Team" packages are designated for executive teams to take advantage of multiple group registrations to OPEN MINDS institutes.
Dream Team packages can be used to attend any of the four (4) annual OPEN MINDS Executive Institutes throughout the course of these 18-month agreements. Registration for Dream Team packages can be done by requesting an invoice and agreement to be emailed separately, or by calling OPEN MINDS office at 717-334-1329 for more information.
