and human services is complex and continually evolving. Several changes at
the Federal level are resulting in significant financial impact for
behavioral health and social service providers. In addition, the Deficit
Reduction Act of 2007 brought changes to Medicaid spending and related
rules. For states, systems are evolving in different directions. This
seminar provides an update on the changing Federal funding landscape and
