Description
It’s often
said that leadership can’t be taught, but it can be learned.
Give your executive team the opportunity to learn leadership
from the masters at this year's Executive Leadership
Institute. This unique program, developed in conjunction with
noted Civil War historians, is a two-day immersion in lessons
of leadership. On the first day, attendees will spend the day
in the classroom learning current ‘best practices’ in
organizational leadership from the OPEN MINDS senior
consulting team.
On Day Two,
we’ll move from the classroom to the historic Battlefields of
Gettysburg to learn timeless leadership skills through an
analysis of two battles. Attendees will look at the leadership
lessons from the Civil War and their applicability to the
leadership challenges of the 21st century. We will walk the
fields trod by the battle’s generals and get a historical
perspective on timeless leadership principles. Don’t miss this
opportunity to fuse the values of the past with the challenges
of executive leadership today!
