Stacey L. Biggins, Consultant, has 15 years of experience in
technical writing, editing, and proposal writing. Ms. Biggins started her
career with The Sheridan Press, a publishing company that concentrated on
medical journals, editing articles, graphic design, and preparing journal
content for display on the Internet. She also has worked as a technical
writer for Buchart-Horn, Inc., and has been a reporter for newspapers
chains including the Associated Press.
Since joining OPEN MINDS in 1999, Ms. Biggins has worked with
customers in a number of roles. She has been the editor of OPEN MINDS?
monthly management newsletter. She has also managed the weekly On-Line
News and daily RFP Hotline services. She participated on the
OPEN MINDS survey teams compiling the statistics on managed behavioral
health market share; behavioral health industry technology adoption; and
behavioral health technology solution vendors. As a consultant, she
specializes in industry research, marketing communication materials, and
proposal development. She received her Bachelors degree in English, with a
professional writing specialization, from Waynesburg College, in
Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.
