Rejean Carlson, M.B.A., Vice President of Business
Operations, brings fourteen years of finance and management experience
as an account executive, graduate and undergraduate level educator, and
healthcare business manager. In Mr. Carlson?s most recent role as Business
Manager for Community Services Group in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he was
responsible for business operations for 17 programs, a $10 million budget,
and 300 staff with 38 direct supervision relationships. Major
accomplishments during his tenure at Community Services Group included
implementation of activity-based costing and productivity-based
compensation.
Mr. Carlson has served in healthcare senior management positions within
both specialty practice settings and large medical practices. His role in
the senior management positions involved management of all business
operations, finance process improvement projects, and the initiation of
contract development with multi-product healthcare lines of business
insurance. In addition, early in his career, Mr. Carlson gained experience
in the New York securities industry as an account executive. He was active
in the development of financial partnerships and in the selling of
securities with GKN Securities.
Mr. Carlson serves on faculty of Eastern University in College of Graduate
and Professional studies teaching economics, ethics and leadership. He
earned his Bachelor?s degree in Economics from Michigan State University
and his Master?s in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State
University. He has also served as a Board of Directors member for a mental
health advocacy group ? Mental Health America, Lancaster, PA Affiliate,
and is a former member and past president of the Lancaster Practice
Managers Association.
