Raymond A. Borbidge, SPHR, Senior Consultant, brings 25 years of human resources management and consulting experience from large scale private and public sector organizations. Mr. Borbidge has served as the chief human resources officer for Hillsborough County Florida, the Minnesota Environmental Control Agency, and the Devereux Florida Health Treatment Network where he also directed Devereux's Corporate University and its Intellectual property group. He also served as director of organizational development for American Trading & Production Corporation in Baltimore.

His mark for success has been to work as a strategic business partner with client organizations linking HR asset management strategies with business strategies for improved bottom-line results. His systematic approach for creating value-added human resources services, as presented in workshops across the country, is described in his nationally publicized manual "How to Conduct a Human Resources Effectiveness Audit". His strategies have helped hundreds of organizations improve HR processes and services that are built on best practices and aligned with business objectives. Particular areas of his consulting expertise are strategic planning, executive recruitment, HR effectiveness audits, and development of HR metrics to evaluate HR performance. In addition to being a "hands-on" HR generalist, Mr. Borbidge has conducted consulting assignments in organizational development, training needs assessments, EEO and regulatory compliance, succession planning, out-placement/career management, HR policy manual development and competency based assessment and compensation programs.

Mr. Borbidge is a graduate of Rutgers University and completed his MBA course work majoring in Behavior and Management Sciences, Drexel University. He is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute and Certified "Highly Qualified" by the EEO Commission. Mr. Borbidge also holds an Advanced Performance Management Diploma, Aubrey Daniels Associates.
