Maureen M. Burke, Senior Consultant, offers over fifteen years of experience in business development and operations management. She has held positions with various types of organizations, including non-profit organizations, behavioral health organizations, and universities. She has experience in business development activities as well as the ability to guide complex projects from the conceptual phase to full operational status.

Ms. Burke most recently served as Assistant Division Director for Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Metuchen. In that role, she was responsible for the creation and administration of various types of budgets, as well as contract and grant writing. Additionally, she was involved with the training and direction of departments and the development of software systems.

In the role of Director of Program Development with DeltaMetrics, Ms. Burke developed and implemented project-specific protocols for effective project management. She was responsible for the management and training of a project staff, oversight of data tracking systems, and the development of project plans, timelines, and reports.

Ms. Burke also offers volunteer experience. From 2003 to 2006, she executed a three-year commitment with the Somerset County United Way as a Review Team Member. In this role, she assisted the SCUW in investing contributions to nonprofit organizations that are both efficient and effective in serving the needs of Somerset County residents.

Ms. Burke earned her Masters degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York. She also holds TEFL International Certification.
