Kasi Tiller, Senior Consultant, has more than 10 years of experience in public administration and management of public health programs and children's services at the local and state level. Ms. Tiller started her career with the Tennessee Department of Health as a case manager working with children in custody and later moved into a statewide consultant/trainer role to the community health agencies across the state for placement of children in custody or at risk under the state's Managed Care for Children initiative. Later, she served as the coordinator for the STD/HIV Community Prevention Program for Tennessee, monitoring programmatic and fiscal performance of the program and providing training for health departments and community-based organizations throughout the state on communicable disease counseling and prevention. As part of a statewide initiative, Ms. Tiller also implemented a start-up eligibility determination and enrollment unit for children eligible for the Medicaid managed care program in Shelby County, Tennessee.
