J. Jay Mackie, Ph.D., Chief Financial Officer and Senior Associate,
earned his B.S. in accounting from Bentley College, an M.B.A. from
Northeastern University, and a Ph.D. in accounting from Texas A&M
University.
His background includes over twenty years of experience in both
academic and business settings with areas of expertise in financial and
management accounting, cost management, business systems, and information
systems. Dr. Mackie's current research interests involve accounting
information systems and strategic cost management issues, and product
costing. He has published in Management Accounting, Issues in Accounting
Education, Behavioral Health Management, and The Pennsylvania CPA Journal.
He is also the author of numerous monographs, book chapters, and
newsletter articles related to the health care and social services field. |
