As a provider executive she served as Director for the Center for Behavioral Health, Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, where she successfully stabilized the operations of a 24-bed acute inpatient psychiatric unit. She has also held positions as executive director of the Lowell Treatment Center, Lowell, Massachusetts, where she provided leadership to a $10 million system with 26 inpatient psychiatric beds, two partial hospital programs, and a family stabilization community based team; Director of Rehabilitation Services at TriCity Mental Health Center in Massachusetts and Project Director of the Veterans Administration Health System at the University of Arkansas Medical School. Ms Chadwick’s experience also includes serving as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. In addition, Ms. Chadwick brings managed care experience from her years as Assistant Vice President of ValueOptions and Executive Director of Arkansas Behavioral Care, a partnership between ValueOptions and CHMC’s of Arkansas.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Mental Health Community Centers, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida, and has authored a number of journal articles for the behavioral health community. Ms. Chadwick graduated with honors with a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Boston University summa cum laude.
