Billye Joyce Roberts, Consultant, has an extensive background in information technology
project management including software research; return on investment analysis; and
management of software implementations. In addition, she brings to OPEN MINDS twenty
years of experience in event planning and customer support/call center management.
In her career, she has written extensively on all of these topics and led initiatives to create
proposals, employee and technical handbooks, web portals, new customer orientation materials,
and marketing collateral materials. Ms. Roberts has served as managing editor of
OPEN MINDS
publications and directed many OPEN MINDS educational initiatives. She received her
Bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University at Long Beach in Long Beach,
California.
